Each piece we create is handmade with care and crafted just for you—which makes it truly one-of-a-kind. Because of the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom or hand-painted items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or if there’s an error on our end (like the wrong item), please contact us at Contact@TheNativeWildflowerCompany.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After that, work may already be underway on your custom piece, and we may not be able to issue a full refund.
