At The Native Wildflower Company, each piece is made with care—and shipped with the same attention to detail. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how your order gets from our hands to your home.

Shipping Policy - The Basics 

We primarily ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure reliable and affordable delivery. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

 

For larger or oversized custom art, we may need to use a different carrier (such as UPS or FedEx). If that’s the case, we’ll contact you directly with all the details before your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, feel free to contact us and we’ll see what we can do!

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method. Standard USPS deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days after the order is shipped.

Please note that delivery delays due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays are out of our control—but we’re always here to help if something goes wrong.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at Contact@TheNativeWildflowerCompany.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
